Spec Rent offers the construction sector a full range of equipment and inventory rental and maintenance services. During 2024, the company’s construction inventory was fully engaged in both civil and industrial construction projects.

“For us, the main priority for 2024 was to increase the import of construction inventory, along with the fleet. Within the framework of the partnership with the Italian brand Condor, we offered the Georgian construction sector wall and column formwork systems. It is noteworthy that Italian quality formwork systems were installed in a number of civil construction projects throughout the year,” says Lasha Chulukhadze, Director of Spec Rent.

According to the management, the company continues to operate actively and plans to expand the range of both construction inventory and industrial equipment, taking into account the requirements that the consumer market itself sets.
